We use Prepare/Enrich, which is a personalized program tailored to your relationship dynamics. It addresses the top issues that are likely to arise in marriage.
Going through premarital counseling drops the divorce rate from 45% to 30%.

Marriage Enrichment/Coaching
We use Prepare/Enrich for our marriage coaching program. We will meet 6-8 times, depending on your needs and topics that arise during our initial meeting and throughout our sessions.

Marriage Intensives/Mediations
Mediation, unlike counseling, is not therapy. It is a proven program through the XO Institute that helps build communication and get you realigned. It teaches you practical tools to get you unstuck and heading in the right direction. We will start with a video call and then schedule a one-day session.
Our Services

We will start with a 60-minute video call to get to know you and your spouse. From there, we will send you resources based on your situation. Then, we will schedule a one-day intensive/mediation day to get you unstuck and back into alignment. We send you home with practical tools and after-care.
