1. Overview

At Next Level Marriage LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality marriage coaching, mediation, and relationship enrichment services. Because our time and preparation are reserved specifically for you, our refund policy reflects the time, energy, and resources invested in each session or program.

2. Coaching and Mediation Sessions

All coaching and mediation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice: May be rescheduled to a later date at no charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: May be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • No-shows: Are considered non-refundable.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will review such cases individually at our discretion.

3. Programs, Intensives, and Packages

Payment for multi-session programs, intensives, or workshops is non-refundable once the program has begun.
If you withdraw before the first session or event date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less a 10% administrative fee) or full credit toward future services.

4. Digital Products or Resources

If we offer digital resources (e.g., downloads, e-books, or courses), all sales are final once access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (via PayPal) within 7–10 business days of approval.
We do not provide cash refunds or transfers to other payment methods.
